My story
My story
My story

I began my career studying law, drawn to its structure and logic, but soon realized I wanted a field that combined problem-solving with human connection.
Discovering UX/UI design gave me that balance. I gained early experience at a branding company, where I worked with a small team on client projects and learned how to turn concepts into clear, usable designs. After moving from Ukraine to Canada, I studied UX/UI design at Humber Polytechnic, where I sharpened my design methods and built a strong foundation for my career.
I’m easygoing, love meeting new people, travelling is big part of my life. Berlin is my favourite city for its light shows and amazing people.

Main focus
UX/UI design
Research is at the core of my design process. I gather insights through methods like surveys, heuristic evaluations, personas, empathy maps, and competitive analysis—but I'm not limited to these. Every project is unique, so I focus on its specific challenges and goals—defining the problem, generating ideas, and exploring solutions. I then wireframe, create low-fidelity structures, and develop the final prototype with a focus on usability and design. Throughout, I test and iterate, refining until satisfied with the outcome.

What I use
Tools
I mainly use Figma for its powerful collaborative features, making working with teams in real-time easy. I’m comfortable with Adobe Creative Suite — including Illustrator, After Effects, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro, allowing me to work across branding, motion design, and content creation. I build interactive prototypes with Framer and do light front-end work in VS Code. For project management and research, I use Trello, Jira, Maze, and more.

Other skills
What else
I come from a mix of design backgrounds, including graphic design, motion, and a bit of front-end, which makes me a flexible and adaptable designer. As a Multimedia Design & Development grad, I’ve worked on everything from UI design and motion graphics to experimental work like projection mapping. I enjoy switching things up and finding new ways to solve problems. Being hands-on and curious keeps me exploring what else I can create or learn.
